Sweet roasted delicata squash meets nutty brown butter and a drizzle of our 25-Year Aged Balsamic for a rich, caramelized fall side dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 delicata squash, sliced into half-moons, seeds removed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp 25-Year Aged Balsamic
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss squash slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast on a baking sheet for 25–30 minutes, flipping once.
  3. In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat until golden and nutty.
  4. Drizzle roasted squash with brown butter and 25-Year Aged Balsamic.
  5. Sprinkle with thyme leaves and serve warm.
