Roasted Delicata Squash with 25-Year Aged Balsamic and Brown Butter

Sweet roasted delicata squash meets nutty brown butter and a drizzle of our 25-Year Aged Balsamic for a rich, caramelized fall side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 delicata squash, sliced into half-moons, seeds removed
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp 25-Year Aged Balsamic
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Toss squash slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast on a baking sheet for 25–30 minutes, flipping once.
- In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat until golden and nutty.
- Drizzle roasted squash with brown butter and 25-Year Aged Balsamic.
- Sprinkle with thyme leaves and serve warm.
