Garlic Chive White Balsamic Roasted Potatoes

Crispy golden potatoes tossed with our Garlic Chive White Balsamic Vinegar and a touch of fresh herbs — the perfect savory side for fall dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Chive White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast 25–30 minutes, until crisp and tender.
  4. Remove from oven and drizzle with Garlic Chive White Balsamic.
  5. Sprinkle with herbs and serve immediately.
