Garlic Chive White Balsamic Roasted Potatoes
Crispy golden potatoes tossed with our Garlic Chive White Balsamic Vinegar and a touch of fresh herbs — the perfect savory side for fall dinners.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Garlic Chive White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast 25–30 minutes, until crisp and tender.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with Garlic Chive White Balsamic.
- Sprinkle with herbs and serve immediately.
